All contracts with Arcadia University shall include the Independent Contractor Addendum. Please provide this addendum to the independent contractor when first presented with the contract from the contractor. Please do not delete any of the terms and conditions contained in this document, if the contractor requires a change to the terms please contact Legal Affairs and we will be happy to negotiate the terms with the contractor.
