Joanna manages the Student Services at the Arcadia Center, delivers the orientation program, provides student support and ensures students have a vast array of culturally enriching activities to benefit from. Having lived between Athens and London, Joanna is well equipped to help students adjust culturally and acts as a point of reference for students in need of counseling while studying abroad. Joanna holds a BA in Media and Modern Literature from Goldsmiths College University of London, MA in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, the CIPD diploma and has been awarded the Working with Young People Certificate of excellence and Counseling and Mentoring certificates by the NOCN. Joanna is currently completing a PhD in the field of education abroad.
