Disclosure of Institutional (Undergraduate) Graduation/Completion and Transfer-out Rates
Arcadia University is pleased to provide the following information regarding our institution's graduation/completion rates. The information is provided in compliance with the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended.
The rates reflect the graduation/completion status of undergraduate students who enrolled during the 2008 - 2009 school year and for whom 150% of the normal time-to-completion has elapsed, along with the graduation/completion status of undergraduate students who enrolled during the 2006 - 2007 school year and for whom 200% of the normal time-to-completion has elapsed.
As of August 31, 2014, after 6 years, 59% of the 2008 - 2009 students had graduated from our institution or completed their programs; after 8 years, 65% of the 2006 - 2007 students had graduated from our institution or completed their programs.
Questions related to this report should be directed to the Office of the Registrar. Additional data from prior years is available at http://nces.ed.gov/IPEDS/datacenter/ .
While reviewing this information, please bear in mind:
- The graduation/completion rates are based on 6 years of attendance that equates to 150% of our longest program and 8 years of attendance that equates to 200% of our longest program.
- We have elected not to report our transfer-out rate because our university's mission does not include providing substantial preparation for students to enroll in other institutions.
- The graduation/completion rates do not include students who left the school to serve in the armed forces, on official church missions, or in the foreign service of the federal government. Students who died or were totally and permanently disabled are also excluded.
