Residence Hall Living
More than two-thirds of the undergraduate population lives on campus in one of six residence halls and two apartment-style housing complexes. First year students may select from five residence halls: Castle, Dilworth, Kistler, Thomas or Heinz Hall. Upperclass students may select from any one of the four traditional residence halls, as well as Knight Hall, or one of the two apartment-style housing complexes.
Arcadia University offers coed and women's residence halls. Rooms are primarily doubles and triples in the four traditional residence halls. A few single rooms are also available. Knight Hall offers suites for five, seven, or eight students with a common living room and bathroom. Except for the Castle, first-year students live in halls interspersed with upperclass students. Knight Hall and apartment-style housing only house upper-class students.
Apartment-style housing is available at Oak Summit Apartments. Living arrangements consist of one or two bedroom units. The complex is within walking distance to campus.
