Adjunct Professor of Business Administration
Beatrice Rolland holds a D.B.A. in Accounting from Argosy University and a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance from Temple University. She teaches at Arcadia University, DeVry University, the University of Maryland University College, and Montgomery County Community College and previously taught at West Chester University.
Rolland is a former staff auditor in the CPA firm of Mitchell Titus, LLP and the former Assistant Vice President, Vice President of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer at the Philadelphia Hospitals and Higher Education Authority. She has provided consulting services to various clients and is an Accounting Consultant at the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Montgomery County Community College.
Rolland’s research interests are in the area of Corporate Governance and Fraudulent Financial Reporting. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs, (PICPA), the American Accounting Association (AAA), the American Association of University Professors (AAUP), the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), and Counselors to America’s Small Business (SCORE).
