Arcadia University Offers Fully Online Graduate Certificate in Project Management

Courses to Be Delivered By ESI Instructors with ESI Content

ARLINGTON, Va. USA (May 16, 2011) – Through a relationship with ESI International, Arcadia University is offering a fully online Graduate Certificate in Project Management. All classes are provided as self-paced, online courses with instructors. Classes start with the University’s Summer II, 2011 semester, which begins July 11.

The project management program courses are for business professionals, project managers and those who practice within the project management field. Some of the most relevant course topics include leadership, quality, scheduling, controlling costs, communication and application within project management.

“For the first time, project management professionals seeking to advance their careers, but required by their employers to pursue professional development from an accredited university, now have ready access to ESI’s world class content and instructors,” said J. LeRoy Ward, Executive Vice President, ESI.

“Arcadia University is pleased to work with ESI International to expand access to its Graduate Certificate in Project Management, designed specifically for professionals who want to succeed as leaders and managers in their fields,” says Dr. Steve O. Michael, Provost and Academic Vice President.

Students who complete eight of the 11 courses offered, earning 16 credits, will be awarded a Graduate Certificate in Project Management. Students can also take up to three courses for credit before applying to the Arcadia University graduate business program. Additionally, because the courses are offered through a fully accredited university, course tuition should be reimbursable through most organizations' tuition reimbursement programs.
