Residence Hall Appliances and Linens
Residence and Commuter Life partners with two providers of in-room amenities for microwaves, microfridges, and linens. Information specific for the fall and spring semesters will be sent directly to the students with their housing assignment.
Microwaves and Microfridges
University Logistics is the provider of microwaves and microfridges. Students may rent a unit from University Logistics for one semester or for a full year. University Logistics will deliver the unit to the residence hall room directly. Only microwaves form University Logistics are approved for use within the Residence Halls. No microwaves are permitted in the Castle, including those sold via University Logistics.
Units may only be ordered within the timeframe advertised (typically orders are taken through the first three weeks of the fall and spring semester). This information will be posted and distributed when housing assignments are sent (in July, August, and January).
Linens and Storage Items
OCM LLC is the provider of linens, storage, and other items for student Residence Hall living. All items are shipped directly to the student at their AU address. This is a wonderful option for students traveling from a distance.
Given the agreement Arcadia University has with these companies, Residence and Commuter Life receives a small percentage of all purchases that is utilized for programming for students.
