Arcadia Hosts Panel on Federal Grant Resources for Public Health Professionals

During National Public Health Week, the U.S Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) presented steps and resources for faculty and staff seeking federal grants. The April 4 event was hosted by Arcadia’s Department of Public Health and Office of Sponsored Research and Programs.
Speakers included: Rhonda Jackson, public health analyst for the Health Resources and Services Administration Office of Regional Operations; Danny Bones Gallardo, regional minority health consultant in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health’s Office of Minority Health; and Stephanie Sowalsky, special assistant to the director of the Division of Financial Integrity within the Office of Federal Assistance Management.
