Planning and Development Timeline
Collaboration is key. The successes of Arcadia2025 were borne through a wholly collaborative process, the adaptive strategy conceived of, developed, and implemented by all members of the Arcadia community. Students, faculty, staff, administration, trustees, alumni, friends — all lent their vision, energy, and [word] to Arcadia2025, and the Arcadia2030 adaptive strategy process is following the same script.
- February – August 2024: Visioning and Planning
- August – November 2024: Developing guiding questions and positioning document
- December 2024: Gallery Walk and idea sessions (add pics if possible)
- January – February 2025: Distill community feedback (link?); input collected information from scans and SWOT analyses; refine draft of Arcadia2030
- March 2025: Review draft and continue to refine
- April 2025: Finalization and engagement; Gallery Walk
- May 2025: Approval and launch

- What three things should Arcadia focus on in the next five years to achieve our Arcadia 2030 vision?
How should our values and principles guide us?
Arcadia community members said:
“…as the foundation for decision-making and culture-building.”
“…applying them to new and evolving challenges and circumstances.”
“By sustaining a connected and empathetic community.”
“By anticipating the needs of the future.”
