During his 23-year career with Johnson & Johnson, Charley led organizations, which were responsible for the development of Executive Talent, the enhancement of organizational effectiveness across business units, and most recently, responsibility for execution of the Johnson & Johnson Credo Survey. This global survey reaches all J&J employees and assesses how well the leadership of Johnson & Johnson lives up to the values stated within Our Credo.  In this role, Charley works closely with the Johnson & Johnson senior leadership to identify indicators of organizational change, which can effectively impact the Strategic Imperatives of the business.  As the Director Leadership and Executive Development, Charley was responsible for development and deployment of enterprise-wide leadership development products and services.  During this period he developed and implemented a development process, which included leadership experiences, focused on critical career transition points.  In addition, he had primary responsibility for the deployment of Johnson & Johnson’s Global Standards of Leadership.    After graduating from LaSalle in 1968, he served in The United States Marine Corps, where he attained the rank of Captain. Prior to Joining Johnson & Johnson in 1985, his career experiences included retail management, sales and sales training with several Pharmaceutical organizations. He received his undergraduate degree and MBA from LaSalle and has taught Management and Organizational Behavior courses for 15 years in the Evening & Weekend program at Arcadia University.
