A graduate of Arcadia University, Class of 1999, Cat received her Master's Degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from IUP in 2003. Cat's passion for student affairs work and commitment to Arcadia University brought her back to her alma mater as an Area Coordinator in 2003. Between 2015 and 2021, Cat worked at Immaculata and Delaware Valley University, returning home to Arcadia in September, 2021. Cat has held leadership roles in national organizations, such as the NASPA Center for Women, represents students and Student Affairs on a number of campus-wide committees, and often presents at conferences and other institutions on the implementation of assessment and learning outcome design in practice. Although Cat enjoys her colleagues and the students at Arcadia University, her most significant role is that of mom of 3 boys at home and partner to Dr. Scott Mattingly (also a higher education administrator). She enjoys DIY projects that involve power tools, gardening, and is active at Saint Stanislaus Parish in Lansdale.
