Because Arcadia: Student Blog

Hello everyone! My name is Anna, and I am thrilled to visit Edinburgh this summer with the Scottish Heritage Management Internship program. Though attending college in the Rocky Mountains, I’m originally from West Texas (yes, that’s capitalized- we like to think we’re our own state). I am a Junior at Colorado College, where I study English Literature and French Language and work for an alternative news magazine. I write Harry Potter fan-fiction, often burst into spontaneous Shakespearian, and have a weird obsession with the French Revolution. I am looking forward to sharing all my adventures and mishaps this summer!
