Arcadia University Debuts Class of 2021 Student Outcomes Through New Data Visualization Tool
As part of Arcadia University’s commitment to evaluate and continually improve student outcomes, the University is pleased to release its graduate and undergraduate Class of 2021 student outcomes data.
As higher education grapples with the effects of the COVID pandemic, Arcadia’s graduate and undergraduate Classes of 2021 survey respondents have secured employment, participated in volunteer programs, or continued their education at a rate of 97.4 percent within six to nine months of graduation.* Additionally, 99 percent of 2021 graduate program respondents have successfully launched their careers or are continuing their studies after graduation.** The new data highlights how Arcadia’s undergraduates are not only bringing their education and expertise to the region, but are also expanding across the country in areas such as Florida, Texas, and California, as well as globally to France.
For years, Arcadia’s Offices of Career Education and Institutional Research have been carefully collecting student outcomes data, including information about students’ occupations and/or educational pursuits, employers, and locations in the first year out of school. Recognizing the importance of making student outcome data universally accessible, Arcadia created an interactive Undergraduate Outcomes Data Visualization tool as part of the University’s Career Launchpad. Users can filter undergraduate outcomes data by graduation year, school, and major. The tool displays data from survey respondents that includes employment status, continuing education status, top employers, locations of graduates, universities, and fields of study for students continuing on their education journey. Data on Arcadia’s graduate program outcomes is also available through the Career Launchpad.
