Spiritual
Finding purpose, value, and meaning in life is a deep personal journey, one that can be pursued both with or without organized religion. It involved reflecting on what truly matters to you, identifying your core beliefs, and aligning your actions with those values. Whether through spiritual practices, personal growth, or contributing to causes that resonate with you, participating in activities that reflect your beliefs can provide a sense of fulfillment and direction. This pursuit allows for a deeper understanding of yourself and your place in the world, creating a meaningful and purposeful life.
Arcadia University offers an Interfaith Space on campus to give all community members (religious and non-religious) who are seeking an area for quiet reflection a space to pray, worship, and meditate. The space is located at 103A Dilworth Hall and is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. The room does not reflect any particular denomination and is nicely decorated and furnished with chairs, floor pillow, a table lamp, a shoe rack, and a bookcase. It can accommodate groups of up to 4-8 people. Organizations on campus for students include:
- Arcadia Christian Fellowship: provides a safe space for students to pray, learn, and share fellowship with each other and the community.
- Newman Club: promotes the action of the Catholic Church on campus and to become aware of community needs through community service.
