Lawson Publishes Trainer’s Handbook of Leadership Development

Dr. Karen Eells Lawson, Adjunct Professor of Business, recently published her 13th book, The Trainer’s Handbook of Leadership Development, published by Pfeiffer, an Imprint of Wiley, according to The Review (East Liverpool, Ohio).

A 1965 graduate of Beaver Local High School, Lawson is an international speaker, author, consultant, and executive coach. She and her husband, Robert Lawson, are principals of Lawson Consulting Group Inc., a consulting firm in the Philadelphia area, specializing in organizational and management development. In her consulting work with Fortune 500 companies, as well as small business, Lawson uses her experience and knowledge of human interaction to help leaders at all levels the tools to make a difference in their organizations….

She is currently an adjunct professor at Arcadia University in its International MBA program, and she has taught at several colleges and universities at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. She has presented at several professional conferences in the United States, Asia and Europe.
