On Sept. 17, Dr. Clare Papay presented a webinar titled “Getting Started: Developing Inclusive College Opportunities for Students with Intellectual Disabilities” with Dr. Megan Griffin of the University of New Mexico. The webinar was offered through Think College, the national coordinating center for college options for people with intellectual disabilities, which named Papay an Emerging Scholar in January 2012. Papay presented her work on creating opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities at Arcadia and other universities.
