Delaney Dobson, who graduated from Arcadia in 2013 with a bachelor of fine arts degree in fine art photography, was selected as a winner in the ONWARD Compé, an international juried photography competition in Philadelphia, Pa. Approximately 2,000 photographs were submitted from 22 countries.
