Dr. Ellen Skilton-Sylvester, Rosemary and Walter Blankley Endowed Chair in Education, conducted two workshops at the School of Education of the University of Lower Silesia in Wroclaw, Poland, with two colleagues from Rutgers University, Drs. Thea Abu El-Haj and Beth Rubin. She was a keynote speaker at the Educational Action Research seminar and gave a presentation for doctoral students.
