Scott and Logan Publish Paper on Synthetic Cannabinoid Drugs in Forensic Science Reviews
Dr. Karen Scott, assistant professor and director of the forensic science program, and Dr. Barry Logan, clinical professor of forensic science, recently published an article titled “Pharmacology, Toxicology, and Adverse Effects of Synthetic Cannabinoid Drugs” in Forensic Science Reviews. The paper examines the growing toxicological and pharmacological evidence of impairment, psychosis, tissue injury, and isolated deaths attributed to this emerging class of drugs.
