Dr. Woldoff Discusses Classroom Management Strategies at Autism Awareness Lecture
Dr. Sarah Woldoff, assistant professor of Education, presented “Classroom and Behavior Management Strategies” as part of the Autism Awareness Lecture Series at Camden County College on Oct. 16.
Dr. Woldoff’s workshop focused on behavioral characteristics of children diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) and proposed a model of prevention for educators to better handle classroom issues. Dr. Woldoff also discussed strategies and methods of support to ensure top-quality educational accommodations for students with special needs.
Dr. Woldoff is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has focused her career on children and adults diagnosed with ASDs. She serves as director of Arcadia’s master’s and certificate programs in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis.
