Bachelor of Science in Psychology from DeSales University
M.S in Clinical Counseling and Psychology from Chestnut Hill College
Eugene is a graduate of Chesnut Hill College's Clinical and Counseling Psychology Masters program. Eugene also received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from DeSales University. Eugene brings over 15 years of experience working within a variety of settings in regards to Mental Health. Eugene has worked with the counseling center at Moravian University, a staff therapist for a private practice, he has also held outpatient therapy positions with both Omni Heakth and Haven House in Lehigh Valley. Eugene works under an integrative approach utilizing various approaches to counseling. Eugene utilizes mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic and object relations in order to help others implement change in their lives. Eugene has a passion for social justice and enjoys returning to the classroom as a guest speaker discussing topics on mental health within underserved communities. Eugene has work with both amateur and professional athletes as a mental health counselor. Eugene also facilitates couples and group counseling sessions. Eugene enjoys spending time with his family, supporting community efforts to decrease inner city violence, walking his dog Kash and coaching varsity basketball as an assistant.
