Jessica Doyle is a dedicated education professional with a passion for supporting international students. Since 2012, she has worked in various capacities to enhance the academic and cultural experiences of students from diverse backgrounds. Since 2022, she serves as the International Student Specialist and Study Abroad Advisor within the Division of Civic and Global Engagement at Arcadia. Prior to joining Arcadia, Jessica worked at an international high school outside Boston, MA, where she played a key role in student engagement and support as the Dean of Student Life.
Her early career took her to Shenzhen, China, where she taught English and immersed herself in Chinese culture, initially shaping her commitment to global education. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Jessica earned her B.A. in History Education from West Chester University and her M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Boston University. She is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, with a research focus on international student experiences, and expects to complete her doctoral dissertation by 2027.
With a deep commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments, Jessica continues to advocate for policies and initiatives that enhance the success of international students in higher education.
