Kristen has been at Arcadia since July 2016. She has been working in the field of Institutional Research since 2012 and in higher education research for over a decade. At Arcadia, Kristen responds to external requests for information, including government reports and national surveys (IPEDS, Common Data Set, US News, college guidebooks, and other published rankings). In addition to these duties, she responds to recurring and ad hoc information requests from Arcadia's administrative and academic offices. Kristen holds a Master’s degree in Urban Affairs & Public Policy from the University of Delaware’s now renamed Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy & Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
