Lauren is the Special Gifts Officer with the Division of University Advancement. In this role she focuses on the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of prospective donors while also building relationships with current donors.

Prior to her start at Arcadia, Lauren received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Penn State University. Lauren found her passion for philanthropy and development through being heavily involved in Penn State THON raising funds for pediatric cancer. She was able to turn this passion into a career as an Outreach Account Manager with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. There she worked with a portfolio of 100+ schools in the Philadelphia and Delaware County school districts to run fundraising campaigns. Her non-profit experience continued to grow at the United Way of Southern New Jersey and Greater Philadelphia where she successfully ran a portfolio of 50+ corporate employee giving campaigns that raised between $5,000-$150,000 each annually.
