Italian Cultural Studies and Study Abroad
The major in Italian Cultural Studies requires students to spend one year in Italy and to complete 44 credits devoted exclusively to Italy-related study areas. Before departing, students must contact the adviser in Italian, in Glenside, to select courses.
You will work with your adviser to plan your courses before you depart for your Junior year abroad. Your adviser will also assist you with selecting courses to study while you are in Italy. During your year abroad, you will take courses in Italian, not English.
Your advisor and the Study Abroad program will help you with details.
