The Physical Therapy Labs
There are three lab spaces, one larger and two smaller rooms. The lab spaces in the Royal Ave building are mostly used by hybrid students during immersions but are occasionally used for certain residential labs as well because they can accommodate large pieces of equipment which are not easily portable.

Examination Rooms
There are eight examination rooms that can be divided into 16 spaces which are used for competencies and practical examinations for both hybrid and residential students.
Student Lounge
A place for hybrid students to hang out during immersions with vending machines that stock fresh food. There is also a kitchen available with refrigerator and microwaves for those that choose to bring their own food.
