MBA Alumni Association Begins ‘Executives After 5’ Series
Dean Alla Wilson speaks at an “Executives After 5” event.
Over 70 people gathered at the Top of the Tower in Philadelphia on Oct. 14 for the “Executives After 5” event with the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia (WTCGP).
Sponsored by the MBA Alumni Assocation (MBA AA) and the Arcadia Alumni Association, it was the first in the series, which provides the opportunity for MBA alumni to network with executives such as WTCGP President Linda Conlin, her staff, and members of the WTCGP Board of Directors and Advisory Council.
This first installment of “Executives After 5” featured remarks by Brian Bulman ’12M, president of the Arcadia MBA AA; Dr. Alla Wilson, dean of the School of Global Business; and Conlin. WTCGP Chief Operating Officer Dino Ramos and International Trade Specialist Dale Foote, who have more than 60 combined years of managing and financing international trade experience, led a panel discussion and an insightful Q&A session. The evening concluded with fruitful networking between the WTCGP executives, MBA Board of Directors, and MBA alumni. The next “Executives After 5” event is scheduled for Spring 2016 and features Benjamin’s Desk, a diverse community where entrepreneurs, mobile professionals, and startups can not only network, but co-work with fellow innovators.
