Over 100 Tee Off for Student Athletics Fundraiser
The third annual Arcadia University Athletic Department Golf Outing on June 27 brought out 120 golfers to the Old York Road Country Club as a fundraiser for Arcadia’s Athletics Department as well as intramural programs. The event was generously supported by more than 130 local and regional sponsors and Arcadia Trustees and University community members.
“On behalf of the Arcadia Athletics Department, I’d like to thank all the donors, sponsors and contributors for their support,” said Athletics Business Manager Michael Hebenstreit, the event’s organizer. “Additionally, I would like to thank the record number of golfers that participated in the outing, as well as our coaches, staff, student-athletes, and Alumni Office volunteers, and the staff at Old York Road Country Club, who made this a memorable event.”
