Nov. 14-18: Arcadia Celebrates International Education Week with Events, Programming

From Nov. 14 through Nov. 18, Arcadia University is hosting a variety of cultural and global events on campus for International Education Week

Monday, Nov. 14

Going Global after Graduation with the Office of Career Education

Tuesday, Nov. 15 

International Tea Tuesday

All week, Metz Dining Services will offer international food selections at the Dining Hall: 

  • Monday, Nov. 14: Chicken Tikka Masala (India)
  • Tuesday, Nov. 15: Poutine (Canada) 
  • Wednesday, Nov. 16: Shawarma (Saudi Arabia) 
  • Thursday, Nov. 17: Kimchi Jigae (South Korea) 
  • Friday, Nov. 18: Peking Duck (China) 

Additional International Education Week plans also include student takeovers of Arcadia’s social media accounts, including by IPAL and STAMP members, international students, and staff members; opportunities for students to meet with study abroad advisers on how to study abroad; and study abroad photo contests. 

“As a recognized leader in study abroad and a University that values diverse perspectives, Arcadia celebrates International Education Week in November and all year long through academic and co-curricular experiences,” said Ashley Knueppel, assistant director of Civic and Global Engagement at Arcadia.
