Arcadia Hosts Second of Three Scarlet & Grey Days for Admitted Students
Arcadia hosted over 150 admitted students and their families on March 4 at the second of three Scarlet & Grey Days this year.
Admitted students celebrated their acceptance to Arcadia by participating in small group activities with current Arcadia students, attended mock classes selected from real first-year student courses, and met faculty from the department of their desired major. Attending families learned about academic support and attended breakout sessions regarding study abroad opportunities, housing and campus life, honors programs, and much more.
Overall, 19 more admitted students made their decision to join the Arcadia community and put down their deposits for next year.
Additionally, 48 students and their families attended the First-Year Study Abroad Experience (FYSAE) breakfast where they learned more about the program.
Arcadia will host the final Scarlet & Grey Day on April 15, 2023. All admitted high school students are invited to attend with their families and friends whether or not they have put down their deposit for next year. Food trucks will line Haber Green for everyone in attendance.
The April Scarlet & Grey Day will also include an Honors breakfast and mixer for students admitted through the Gateway to Success program. Invitations for this event will be sent out separately.
