Senior Human Resources Generalist Katie Kelly earned her Society of Human Resources Management- Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification on Feb. 9. The designation is awarded to recognized experts and leaders in the field of human resources.

Professionals who implement policies and strategies, serve as points of contact for staff and stakeholders, deliver HR services, and perform operational HR functions are invited to take the exam. Kelly is the third person in Arcadia’s Office of Human Resources, including HR Specialist Katelynn Waters and HR Generalist Sonya Pettiford, to earn SHRM-CP certification this fiscal year.
