Kathy earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Rowan University in 2006, and received a Masters of Arts in applied behavior analysis from Ball State University in 2013. Kathy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a member of the Association of Behavior Analyst International (ABAI) and Maryland Association of Behavior Analyst (MABA) where she presented a poster in 2013 titled Treatment Effects of Antecedent Interventions, Extinction and Differential Reinforcement. Areas of interest include function based interventions for problem behaviors, staff training and functional communication skills.
