Tonya Bridges joins Arcadia University as the Lead Gift Processor in the Division of University Advancement.   Prior to Arcadia, Tonya worked at Open Door Christian Academy, where she was responsible for processing, acknowledging, and receipting all gifts. For 3 ½ years before her tenure at Open Door, Tonya worked as a business office assistant at Sharon Baptist Church, responsible for accounts receivables, data entry, and providing year-end tax documentation for church donors.  Prior to that, she was an entrepreneur, maintaining her own bookkeeping and tax preparation business for over a decade.  As a service provider, her target market was small businesses and individuals who sought her expertise.  Rounding out her experience, Tonya is an avid volunteer.  With her heart for service, she tends to focus her volunteer effort on providing access and opportunity through education and to children with special needs. Tonya is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University and received her bachelors in Accounting.
