I love Arcadia because it has a really open and friendly atmosphere. There’s never a feeling of apathy coming from this campus. Everyone is impassioned about something, and that’s what I really value. Arcadia is important to me because of the relationships I’ve created here. I know that the relationships that I build in college will shape the trajectory of the rest of my adult life.
But the first aspect of Arcadia that drew me into the art program was honestly Murphy and Spruance Hall. I was on a university tour in 10-degree weather, but when I walked through those buildings, I was filled with immense warmth. Seeing all of the different works of art created by students on display really made me feel like I could create amazing things here.
